Paul Edwards

Paul has over 25 years of experience in sales, operations management, and workforce planning. He has worked extensively in developing B2B growth plans and supporting business integration post-mergers and strategic acquisition. Since leaving the oil & gas industry in the late 90s, Paul has developed extensive recruitment management & business development strategies for emerging companies as well as planning & execution of new client acquisition projects across accounting, legal, financial services, and community, disability & aged care sectors. Working closely with migration law and international capital investment since 2017, Paul now sees the opportunity in supporting new business growth from international investors for trade, construction, and project management. In his spare time, he wishes he could be playing more golf, and loves watching his daughter tackle new challenges and their new puppy, Bear. More recently Paul formalised his passion for horse racing and wine which, along with the arts & film, has established a unique lifestyle investment portfolio complementary to existing clients and those who have never been confident enough to jump into these pursuits.
