SA Thomson Consulting brings over 20 years recruitment, workforce planning & professional business development consulting experience, both locally and internationally. Primarily engaged with ensuring the client to employee relationship is enhanced, SA Thomson utilises its purpose fitted facility in Colombo. In addition, SA Thomson Consulting provides professional services to companies throughout SL, Australia, Singapore and Malaysia, including business and family property investment acquisition and management. SA Thomson Consulting will provide the management at a local level to support the facility in Colombo and your employee(s).
OUR VISION
The landscape for legal services in Australia is continuing to evolve, with increased costs to deliver legal outcomes, pressure on fixed fee structures, along with the advent of hybrid work conditions, present some unique challenges.
This also however created a unique opportunity to connect Australian businesses with qualified highly valued and talented individuals based in Sri Lanka, many UK trained or employed previously, suitable to many Australian law firms.
Utilising our recruitment experience and our offshore management expertise, we identified an opportunity to make specific internal staff roles more cost effective, more skilled and more dedicated than outsourcing.
