These Terms and Conditions govern the S A Thomson Nerys Referral Program (“Referral Program”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

   1.1   You can become a member of the Referral Program by introducing your family member or friend (“Referee”) to S A Thomson Nerys.

   1.2   The Referral Program applies only to properties located within Australia and Dubai.

   1.3.  Your Referee must not already be known to S A Thomson Nerys as a potential purchaser.

2. Referral Bonus

   2.1.  You will receive a $2,000 AUD referral bonus* once your Referee successfully purchases a property through S A Thomson Nerys.

   2.2. For the bonus to be payable:

  • The Referee must sign an unconditional contract of sale with S A Thomson Nerys.

  • The property may include any type of real estate, including house and land packages, apartments, commercial properties, or townhomes.

   2.3.   Members are eligible to receive multiple referral bonuses if multiple Referees introduced by them sign unconditional contracts of sale.

3. Payment of Bonus

   3.1.   The referral bonus will be paid only after settlement of the property purchase by the Referee.

   3.2.   Payments will be made via bank transfer to the nominated account of the Referrer within a reasonable time following settlement.

4. Rights of S A Thomson Nerys

S A Thomson Nerys reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

   ( a ) accept or refuse any person becoming a Member of the Referral Program;

   ( b ) exclude or withdraw a Member from the Referral Program;

   ( c ) refuse to honour any referral bonus;

   ( d ) reverse any referral bonus already awarded;

   ( e ) suspend a Member’s participation in the Referral Program; or

   ( f ) terminate a Member’s participation in the Referral Program.

5. Privacy

   5.1.   Any personal information collected under the Referral Program will be handled in accordance with the S A Thomson Nerys Privacy Policy.

6. General

   6.1.   Participation in the Referral Program is voluntary.

   6.2.   Referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxation laws, and Members are responsible for any tax liabilities that may arise.

   6.3.   S A Thomson Nerys reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

   6.4.   These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

* Note: The referral bonus amount is fixed at $2,000 AUD per eligible Referee and issubject to these Terms and Conditions.
